Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Battmobile, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to bookings and services.

1. Service Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service appointment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service amount.
  • Once a technician has been dispatched or service has commenced, the booking is non-refundable.

2. Service Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if Battmobile is unable to provide the requested service due to operational reasons.
  • If a service cannot be completed because of circumstances beyond Battmobile’s control (including inaccessible vehicle, incorrect location details, or customer unavailability), no refund will be provided.

3. Battery Purchases

  • Batteries sold by Battmobile are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
  • Refunds are not available for batteries that have been installed and are functioning correctly.
  • Defective batteries covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

4. Incorrect Orders

  • If an incorrect battery or product is supplied by Battmobile, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Refund requests relating to incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.
