Each Battmobile Gold Service Package comes with a unique package ID stored in Battmobile’s system.
Any missing or tampered service booklet will be confiscated immediately.
A service package is considered completed once all the mentioned services have been utilized.
The details of minor and major services are limited to what is specified in the service package booklet.
Service packages are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Prior appointment is mandatory for any service request.
Appointments can be made by calling 800-78278 or through the Battmobile mobile app.
Same-day delivery is only applicable if the car is received at the service center before 2:00 PM.
If the service center is fully occupied, Battmobile may perform minor services at the customer’s location, ensuring service quality is maintained.
Vehicle pick-up and drop-off can be done via recovery vehicle or a designated driver.
Free pick and drop service is subject to availability and provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Service Inclusions and Limitations
The package includes vehicle passing charges only. Any additional charges must be borne by the customer.
Car wash service is included only when the vehicle is in the service center for a minor or major service.
Onsite car wash is not included in the package.
No spare parts are included in the package. Labor for parts marked as “change” (e.g., brake pads, spark plugs, AC filter, air filter) is included; however, the parts themselves are chargeable.
Repair jobs not covered under the package will commence only upon customer approval and will be chargeable.
If a free battery is included in the service package, Battmobile reserves the right to use its own brand or an equivalent brand.
If a customer insists on a different brand, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
The battery will be replaced only if it is used in the car and not for any other purpose.
If the battery is replaced more than three times within a year, an electrical inspection report must be provided. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the free-for-life battery benefit.
If the car is sold or transferred to a new owner, the free-for-life battery benefit becomes void. The remaining services may be transferred, but not the battery benefit.
Engine oil used will be of premium quality (Motul or equivalent), and its selection is at Battmobile’s discretion.
Oil filters and other parts will be genuine or of equivalent quality, subject to availability.
Battmobile reserves the right to choose parts based on availability and maintains full control over part selection.
If the customer sources parts independently, Battmobile is not responsible for the quality or outcome of the repair.
Customers must remove all valuables from the vehicle. Battmobile is not liable for any loss or damage.
Customers must inspect their vehicle thoroughly before leaving the premises. No claims will be entertained afterward.
Customers are encouraged to ask about parts and accessories used during servicing.
A replacement service booklet will incur a charge of AED 100 + VAT.
At the time of delivery, if the car is not properly washed, customers should report it immediately to the service advisor.
Battmobile reserves the right to cancel any service package at any time.
There is no annual commitment, but Battmobile may limit the service duration in response to rising costs or inflation.
Monthly installment plans, either with Battmobile or third-party providers, are subject to economic changes in the UAE.
If a third-party service provider is involved, Battmobile is not responsible for delays or repair quality due to external factors.
Any dispute arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
All prices are quoted in AED (Dirhams) and are subject to VAT as per UAE laws.
