1. Price & Agreement of Repairs

  • Battmobile reserves the right to set fixed or flexible prices depending on the nature of the work. Prices cannot be negotiated after repair completion; any negotiations must be finalized during the initial approval phase. This estimate amount is valid for only 7 days
  • Repairs exceeding AED 8,000 require an advance payment of at least 50%, payable through our approved payment methods.

2. Post-Service Liability Waiver

  • While in our custody, we handle your vehicle with care, ensuring it is stored safely. Vehicles are parked in a secure external lot without a roof and stored free of charge for 7 days from the date of repair completion notification. After 7 days, a daily parking fee of AED 100 will apply. The outstanding balance, including parking fees, must be settled prior to vehicle release by payment link, bank transfer or cash.
  • The company is not liable for any damages to the vehicle after service completion if payment is delayed or the customer is unavailable to accept delivery, including when out of the country.

3. Speeding Fines and Accidents

  • From the time of collection until delivery, Battmobile and its Service Agents are responsible for any traffic or parking fines incurred. In case of such fines, please contact your Service Advisor or email help@battmobile.ae. Following an investigation, any confirmed fines will be reimbursed within 5 working days.
  • Battmobile is not liable for damages to the vehicle caused by natural elements (wind, sun, rain, floods, hail, or other natural disasters) while parked or stationary.

4. Initial Diagnosis

  • A lifter jack is used to raise the vehicle for inspection or repair. Due to this, any pre-existing weak suspension may sustain damage, for which Battmobile cannot be held liable.
  • Upon dismantling the vehicle, if any additional damage or required repairs are identified beyond the initial assessment, a secondary diagnosis will be conducted.
  • All work on the vehicle will be suspended until customer approval is received. If approval is not granted within 24 hours, the vehicle will be moved from the active service area. The company is not responsible for any delays resulting from pending customer approval. Approval can be provided through signed authorization or electronic confirmation.

5. Vehicle Testing

  • Necessary tests are conducted before and after repairs, with BATTMOBILE determining the required duration and distance based on the nature of the repairs. BATTMOBILE is not liable for scratches or dents caused by road debris during driving or while parked. Liability for repair costs will only be assumed if an accident occurs due to BATTMOBILE driver negligence.
  • Mileage will be recorded before and after testing; if additional fuel is required, the customer will be notified and provided with a fuel receipt.

6. Personal Items Inside the Vehicle

  • Battmobile is not responsible for any personal belongings (e.g., money, watches, telephones, jewelry) left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before leaving the vehicle for service.

7. Customer-Supplied Parts

  • For service package holders, Battmobile does not install customer-provided parts (new or used) as part of a major service unless specifically approved by a manager.
  • For non-package holders, externally sourced parts may be installed with applicable labor charges, though no labor warranty will be provided.
  • If the customer wishes to retain any old or replaced parts, they must inform the Service Advisor at the time of approving the repair estimate. BATTMOBILE will only set aside requested parts during the active service period. Failure to notify the Service Advisor will result in the disposal of the parts once the service is complete. BATTMOBILE will not be responsible for storing or providing these parts after the service is finalized

8. Transmission Warranty

  • Warranty Period: 60 days or 10,000 KM of use, whichever occurs first.
  • Coverage: Battmobile may, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective gearbox components following technician assessment.
  • Exclusions: Damages from neglect, abuse, or improper maintenance are not covered
  • Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the original purchaser.
  • All claims require the original order and warranty certificate or invoice.

9. Labor Warranty for Service Package Holders

  • For service package holders, Battmobile offers a labor warranty of 30 days or 1,500 KM, whichever comes first. By signing these terms, you accept this warranty.
  • Exclusions: Consumables (e.g., light bulbs, antifreeze, oil, filters, sprays, wipers, tires) are not covered, nor is natural wear and tear or adjustment work.

10. Conditions for Warranty

  • For any repair-related failure, notify Battmobile within 2 days from the date the issue was noticed. Battmobile reserves the right to investigate causes, provided no unauthorized intervention has occurred.
  • Coverage may be voided by normal wear, improper use, or non-compliance with manufacturer guidelines. Delays caused by part availability are beyond BATTMOBILE’s responsibility.
  • Using the vehicle in ways inconsistent with manufacturer recommendations (e.g., racing, offroad) or ignoring critical dashboard warnings will void all warranties on parts and labor.
  • Battmobile reserves the right to cancel warranties in cases of misuse, abuse, or improper handling, storage, installation, or maintenance.
